Elena Mascarenhas, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Elena Mascarenhas has been a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) since 2014. She graduated from Boston College with a Masters of Science in Nursing and from Northeastern University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She has over 13 years of experience working in mental healthcare, including experience in community mental health, residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs and addictions treatment. She sees patients across the lifespan with a wide variety of mental health disorders. Elena specializes in under served populations including dual diagnosis and marginalized groups. She believes on a holistic and patient centered approach to treatment using a variety of behavioral, mindfulness and pharmacological modalities.
Payment and Fees
Private Pay Rates
New Patient Intake/Diagnostic : $350
Follow up Visit: $150 (Medication Only) or $200 (Medication and Therapy)
Forms, Letters and Consultation Calls: $25/10 minutes ($25 minimum)
No Show Fee: $75
We accept private payments, Blue Cross Blue Shield , Cigna, and Aetna Plans. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid (MassHealth) plans.
We provide invoices for patients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance company. We accept payments by cash, check, credit card, and paypal. Credit card payments accepted through the online patient portal.
Payment is due at time of service.
